Denys Maltsev

Chairman of the Management Board

Member of the Management Board since 2011. Mr. Maltsev held positions of the Director of Atlanta Capital, chaired the Supervisory Boards of Financial Initiative and Globus banks, was a member of the VAB Bank Supervisory Board.  

Education: Kyiv National Economic University, Ukraine (MA, major in Finance and Credit, Banking Management).

Anzhelika Golovko

First Deputy Chairman

Member of the Management Board since 2011. About 25 years in the Ukrainian banking sector (of which 18 years on managerial positions), including at Ukrsotsbank, Aval, Industrialbank, MT-Bank, Ukrprombank, Financial Initiative Bank.

Education: Kremenchuk State Polytechnic Institute (major in Management).

Sergii Borysov

Deputy Chairman, Head of Treasury and Financial Institutions

Member of the Management Board since 2011. Over 18 years of banking experience in Ukraine. Prior to VAB Bank, Mr. Borysov held the office of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board at Finance and Credit Bank, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board – Head of Asset and Liability Management at Industrial-Export Bank, as well as worked at Nadra Bank and National Bank of Ukraine. Mr. Borysov is a member of Committee on Monetary and Credit Policy and Foreign Currency Regulation at The Ukrainian Banks Independent Association (NABU).

Education: Kyiv National Economic University, Ukraine (MA, major in Finance and Credit).

Oleksii Salivon

Deputy Chairman, Director of Corporate Banking

Deputy Chairman of the Management Board since 2010. Over 15 years in banking, including Universal Bank, Raiffeisen Bank Aval, and First Ukrainian International Bank.

Education: Zaporizhia National University, Ukraine (major in Finance), Vienna University of Economics and Business, Austria (MBA in Banking and Insurance).

Anton Shaperenkov

Deputy Chairman, Director of Retail Banking

With VAB Bank since 2006. Member of the Management Board since 2011. Over 11 years in banking, including Ukrsotsbank, Finance and Credit Bank and Index Bank.

Education: Business School MIM-Kyiv (MBA), Kyiv National University of Trade and Finance, Ukraine (major in Banking Accounting and Auditing). Mr.Shaperenkov gained a degree of Ph.D. in Economics in 2007.

Liubomyr Shershun

Deputy Chairman on Legal Issues

Member of the Management Board since 2011. More than 10 years of work experience, including on managerial positions. CEO since 2005 and later on Chairman of the Supervisory Board of OJSC “Zakarpatgaz”. Director of LLC «STS – Investments» since 2007.

Education: Interregional Academy of Personnel Management, Chernivtsi Institute of Economics and Law (major in Law).

Antonina Murashko

Financial Department Director

Member of the Management Board since 2012. Ms. Murashko has been working in Ukrainian financial sector since 2002, including at  National Bank of Ukraine Regional Division, Bank for Investments and Savings and BTA Bank.

Education: Interregional Academy of Personnel Management (major in Commercial and Labour Law), National Academy of Management (major in Banking) and Chernigiv State Institute of Economy and Management (major in Accounting and Audit).
