The project “Factor-Family-Society”

Social responsibility for corporation “Factor” – is not only charity and sponsorship, responsible for sphere of interests of corporation. We realize importance of social stability and prosperity in the society. The project “Factor-Family-Society” has become one of the instruments of realization of initiatives of corporation in the sphere of social responsibility.

The main capital of the corporation is people, who work in it. The corporation has been creating maximum comfortable conditions of work, adequate system of payment, programme of education, conditions for career development, social parcel, programme of corporative events for the staff. Time, which a person spends on his/her workplace, he takes it inevitably from his/her family. In the context of the project “Factor-Family-Society” the corporation pays special attention to holding of events, where participate the members of the family, children of employees – these are sporting holidays, excursions.

Activity of corporation " Factor " is directed not only on satisfaction of professional demands of the accountant, but also assists realization of desire to have a rest, communicate to counterparts in informal conditions, on dignity to note the contribution of workers of this trade to economic progress and prosperity of our state. Cycle of actions of the holiday «Viva the Accountant!», which the corporation spends since 2003, consists of actions in a firm trading network "Factor", a free-of-charge seminar for Kharkov region àccountants and solemn evening which is the culmination of a holiday. At evening there is a rewarding the best accountants and auditors awards of regional state administration, city council, the State tax administration in the Kharkov region, the Union of auditors of Ukraine, Federation of professional accountants and auditors of Ukraine, the International chamber of commerce and other organizations. Evening finishes performance of Ukrainian and Russian pop-stars.

For more than five years the Department of education and science of regional State administration and Kharkov regional scientific-methodological institute of continuous education has been holding charitable action “The authors of Kharkov, publishers and booksellers – to country school libraries”. The main aim of this action – is filling of material base of school libraries. The corporation “Factor” supports traditionally this action, donating school libraries every year children’s fiction of Publishing house “Factor” – fairy tales, fiction, books of the series “Gold section”, “Magic lantern” etc.

Meeting all its tax engagements to the state and the region, “Factor” makes great contribution to the regional, municipal and local budgets, with these funds the enterprise participates in the formation of the base for budget organizations. The corporation “Factor” by all its activity forms not only the responsibility for tax payment in the minds of many people, but also it helps them to do it according to all the rules and norms of State tax administration Of Ukraine. “Factor” supports in every way any initiatives, which are called to bring up conscientious tax-payer. One of the bright examples of this fact is traditional assistance of the corporation in the organization of picture contest “Taxes with children’s eyes”, hold by State tax administration of Ukraine. In such a way “Factor” contributes to formation of high tax culture as to growing generation
