The nominee for the World Food Prize Oleksiy Vadaturskyy |
Since the day of company’s foundation Oleksiy Opanasovych Vadaturskyy has been the Director General of “NIBULON Ltd”. O.O. Vadaturskyy was rewarded for achievements in work with the following awards: By the Decree of the President of Ukraine ¹ 1098/2007 For unique personal contribution to consolidation of agricultural complex potential, organization and ensuring of steadily high performance in manufacture of agricultural products and development of social sphere was decreed: To award the title of the Hero of Ukraine and to decorate with the Order of the Sate the General Director of NIBULON Ltd Oleksiy Vadaturskyy, Mykolayiv. According to the presidential edict ¹ 569/2008 “About awarding State Prize in the Field of Architecture 2008” writing staff lead by General Director of Nibulon Ltd O. O. Vadaturskyy was honored by State Prize of Ukraine in the field of architecture for design of Transshipment Terminal of agricultural company Nibulon Ltd in Nikolaev city. Following nominees were honored with State Prize:
In March 11, 2006 – in the National Palace of Culture the Director General of NIBULON Ltd O.O. Vadaturskyy got the title “Man of the Year” in nomination “Agrarian of the Year” and was awarded with the First Ukrainian Independent Premium "Prometheus-Prestige" for the higher professional and public progress.
In March 18, 2006 – it was jubilee ceremony in honor of winners of the city program “Man of the Year” where O.O. Vadaturskyy was pronounced “Man of the Year- 2005".
In March 01, 2008 – it was ceremony in honor of winners of the city program “Man of the Year” where O.O. Vadaturskyy was pronounced “Man of the Year- 2007". General Director of Nibulon Ltd O. O. Vadaturskyy was honored by a Diploma “Person of the Year of Mykolayiv Region 2007” nominated in “Philanthropy” for realizing humanitarian programs, giving material support to socio-cultural institutions of the city.
NIBULON Ltd was awarded with a Diploma for the first place in nomination „Grain trader of the Year – 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008”.
In 2001 – it was International premium "Golden Mercury" for considerable contribution in the development of integration processes and strengthening of national economy and Diploma of Ukrainian Ministry Cabinet for sizeable personal contribution in increasing of effectiveness of Ukrainian agrarian sector. In 2002 – O.O. Vadaturskyy was the winner of the Second All-Ukrainian Contest for title "The Best Employer of the Year" among companies of Mykolayiv region. According to the results of city contest "Man of the Year" O.O. Vadaturskyy was proclaimed " Citizen of the Year - 2002" in nomination “Business". According to the results of city contest “Man of the Year" O.O. Vadaturskyy was proclaimed “Citizen of the Year - 2004" in nomination “Philanthropy". According to the results of city contest “Man of the Year" O.O. Vadaturskyy was proclaimed "Citizen of the Year - 2006" in nomination “Patron of the Year" Deputy General Director Vadaturskyy Andriy Oleksiyovych was announced a “Citizen of the year 2008” in the nomination “ In 2004 – he was awarded with the breastplate of All-Ukrainian Contest “Successful Manager”.
In November 22, 2004 – it was the Honorary Order "Public Recognition” of the ²²² degree.
In 2004 „NIBULON Ltd” was awarded with International premium „BUSINESS-OLYMPUS” giving the title „GOLDEN TRADING MARK”.
For the support of the native sport and Olympic movement in Ukraine O.O. Vadaturskyy got gratitude and Memorable Decoration of Ukrainian National Olympic Committee. In 2005 O.O. Vadaturskyy was awarded with Diploma of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. Since February, 2005 O.O.Vadaturskyy has been the vice-president of Ukrainian Grain Association.
O.O. Vadaturskyy is a laureate of the rating „Leader of the Agroindustrial Complex of Ukraine 2005”.
In 2005 due to results of company’s work in 2004 year O.O. Vadaturskyy became a laureate of the city contest "Name" in nomination "Name in agrobusiness - 2004". O.O. Vadaturskyy is the winner of All-Ukrainian fair-contest «The Best native goods 2005» in nomination «Construction» for building and control of functioning of Transshipment Terminal for Grain and Oil Seeds with innovation techniques use. O.O. Vadaturskyy is the winner of All-Ukrainian fair-contest «The Best native goods 2006» in nomination «Construction» for building and control of functioning of Transshipment Terminal for Grain and Oil Seeds with innovation techniques use. O.O. Vadaturskyy is the winner of All-Ukrainian fair-contest «The Best native goods 2005» in nomination «Freight Services». O.O. Vadaturskyy is the winner of All-Ukrainian fair-contest «The Best native goods 2006» in nomination «Freight Services». O.O. Vadaturskyy was awarded with Diploma of Ukrainian Government Committee of building and architecture for sizeable contribution and creative solution in building of NIBULON Ltd Transshipment Terminal for Grain and Oil Seeds, that has won in nomination “The Best Buildings and Constructions built and put into operation in 2004 year in Ukraine”. In March 19, 2006 O.O.Vadaturskyy was recognized as a winner of the second ceremony of the city contest “Names of the Year" in nomination «Name in Patronage". In October, 2006 – according to image program "Public recognition" O.O.Vadaturskyy was awarded with Diploma of Ukrainian Ministry of Agrarian Policy "New Generation" for application of new inventions, technologies and techniques. Since November, 2006 NIBULON Ltd has been a member of GAFTA (International Grain and Feed Trade Association) in a category «À». In December, 2006 – O.O. Vadaturskyy got Honorary Order “Golden Mercury” of Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for notable personal contribution in the development of external economic links of the region, export advancing of agricultural production and for active support in realization of plans of CCI. In 2006 – Director General director of NIBULON Ltd O.O. Vadaturskyy was approved as a collective member of Ukrainian Agrarian Conference by the Presidium Decision of UAC. In December 16, 2006 – it was a win in international contest "Businessman of the Year - Ukraine 2006" in nomination "Master of Business". The given contest was carried out by auditing company "Ernst and Yang" engaged the leaders of "European Bank for Reconstruction and Development" in Ukraine, "London Stock Exchange" in CIS, "Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Businessmen" and other Ukrainian leading companies and organizations in jury membership. In December 16, 2006 – it was a special premium "Choice of business Internet - 2006" from the informational company LigabusinessInform due to results of on-line-vote conducted on the portal of business Internet LIGA.net.
In February 17, 2007 – O.O. Vadaturskyy was awarded with Order "Saint Duke Volodimir" of Kievskiy and All-Ukraine Metropolitan of the Head of Ukrainian Orthodox Church Blazhenneyshiy Vladimir for the sizeable contribution in the development of Ukraine, services before Ukrainian nation and Ukrainian Orthodox Church and for charitable activity.
In May 30, 2007 NIBULON Ltd was awarded with Diploma for the third place of the First All-Ukrainian Contest of the enterprises in sphere of foreign economic activity “European Vector” in commodity group ¹ 4 (grain).
September, 2007 – General Director of NIBULON Ltd Vadaturskyy O.O. was awarded with the honorary order of the first degree for the important personal contribution on making and developing of partnership between “NIBULON Ltd” and JSC “Ukreximbank” as well due to his sixtieth anniversary. September 8, 2007 – the Director General of NIBULON Ltd O.O. Vadaturskyy was awarded with the memorable order by Mykolayiv Regional Museum in the name of V.V. Vereshchahin due to his sixtieth anniversary and for great services before the museum. Gratitude to NIBULON Ltd for the successful participation in the project of the export development. To the joint project of the International Bank of Reconstruction and Development and the opened (joint-stock) company “State export import Bank of Ukraine (Ukreximbank).
December 13, 2007 - NIBULON Ltd. was acknowledged the winner of the National Ukrainian contest“Philanthropist of the Year” in nomination “Philanthropist in Mykolayiv region”.
In December 2007 the General Director of NIBULON Ltd. Vadaturskyy O.O. was awarded with the gratitude of the Agrarian Fund for the productive cooperation in forming of state food reserves.
The General Director of NIBULON Ltd was awarded with the gratitude of Nikolaev regional council for the proactive living and civil position, for the considerable personal contribution to the development of philanthropic activity in 2007. 27.04.08 Metropolitan Kievskyy and of all Ukraine Predstoyatel’ of UOC Blazheneyshyy Vladimir conferred a decoration on general director of NIBULON LTD O.O. Vadaturskyy for contribution to the Ukrainian Orthodox Church.
On July 27th General Director of NIBULON LTD O.O. Vadaturskyy was rewarded with a diploma of Khmel’nyts’kyy regional state administration for high professionalism and exemplary organization of work during construction of Complex on acceptance and shipment of grain of “Smotrych” branch of Kamenets’-Podil’s’kyy district. General Director of NIBULON Ltd O.O. Vadaturskyy was awarded the order of St. Nicholas h.c. rising of spirituality in Ukraine and supporting of Mongrel Ukrainian Orthodox Chirch. The General Director of NIBULON Ltd was awarded with diploma for procurement of popularization of student amateurish art and support of Ukrainian amateurish art festival among collectives of institutions of higher education of Ministry of Agricultural Policy of Ukraine “Sofiyivs’ki zori” in 2008.
NIBULON LTD was awarded with Diploma as the winner of the First city contest “Charitable company of 2008” in nomination “Company - big business”.
The General Director of “NIBULON Ltd” O. O. Vadaturskyy was awarded of the Medal of Merit of the Third Degree to Lugansk region.
“NIBULON Ltd” won a prize of the National Marine Rating of
“NIBULON Ltd” was awarded a diploma of the National Marine Rating of Ukraine for the second place among private stevedoring companies in nomination “Absolute growth 2008” for cargo traffic increase to 1,92 million tons.
2009 transshipment terminal for grains and oilseeds of "NIBULON" was announced in nomination “Safe facility” by the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service.
By the Decree of the third President of Ukraine No 927/2009 from 13.11.2009 deputy general director A.O.Vadaturskyy was conferred the title of “Honoured worker of agricultural complex” for ponderable peculiar contribution into the development of agro-industrial complex of Ukraine, achievement of high data in production of agricultural output, multiannual conscientious work and on the occasion of agricultural worker’s day. The title of “Honoured economist of Ukraine” was received by main accountant of "NIBULON" S.O.Shulika.
December the 24th, 2009 within the frames of awarding winners of the second regional contest “Philanthropist of the Year 2009” “NIBULON” became a winner in nomination “Big Business Company”.
January the 17th O. O. Vadaturskyy was awarded with a certificate of Mykolayiv regional soccer association, for contribution into the development of this kind of sport in Mykolayiv.
"NIBULON" gained the victory in the nomination “Investment of the Year” of the 14th national program “Man of the Year – 2009”.
"NIBULON" became a laureate in four nominations of the third National maritime rate of Ukraine regarding the results of the year 2009. A diploma of a participant of XVI international exhibition “Shipbuilding – 2010” and VIII specialized exhibition “Water transport” was awarded to “NIBULON”.
"NIBULON" was awarded a diploma as a participant of international exhibition and conference “Agro-LOGISTICS”.
June 2010 - regarding the results of the exhibition AGRO – 2010 commemorative token and diploma “For achievements of high rates in cultivation and export of agricultural commodities” were awarded to "NIBULON".
June 2010 – during the solemn opening of the transshipment terminal of “Gradyz’k” branch (Gradyz’k town of Poltava region) letters of gratitude for the infrastructure and socio-economic area development of Gradyz’k town of Globynskyy district were awarded to Oleksiy Vadaturskyy.
On the 30th of September 2010, an award from the U.S. Grain Council - as appreciation for the contribution of "NIBULON" to the case of development of world food security was presented to O. Vadaturskyy.
October 2010 – football team of "NIBULON" was awarded for the second place in Mykolayiv City Cup in indoor soccer tournament among juniors 1995-1996 year of birth.
October 2010 – Oleksiy Vadaturskyy was presented a badge “Honorary worker of Shipping Register of Ukraine” – for great personal contribution to the national classification society development.
“NIBULON” became a laureate in two nominations of the third National maritime rate of Ukraine regarding the results of the year 2010. June 2011 – Oleksiy Vadaturskyy was acknowledged as the leader of the rating “The best top managers of Ukraine. Tactics and Strategy”. August 2011 – “NIBULON” was awarded with the diploma as a participant of exhibition “Ecological standard of product quality and value”.
November 2011 – “NIBULON” received a gold award in the category "Best business for family" and a silver award in the category "Companies with over 1000 employees" (according to the results of the EU competition "Equal opportunities: The Best Employer of Ukraine 2011").
November 2011 – the EBRD acknowledged the company as the winner of Ukrainian Energy Efficiency Program (UKEEP).
December 2011 - the deputies group of the presidential majority of the French National Assembly chairman Christian Jacob awarded the Medal of the National Assembly of the French parliament to Oleksiy Vadaturskyy during a meeting in Kyiv. The Medal is a commemorative award, which members of the deputy corps give to the most worthy, in their opinion, people in a particular branch.
May 2012 – Oleksiy Vadaturskyy was awarded the memorable distinction “The pride of the nation” for participation in the project “Industry and business of Ukraine”.
