  • The EBA appealed to Raisa Bohatyryova, the Ukraine’s Vice Prime Minister/Minister of Health, and Oleksiy Solovyov, Head of the State Service for Medical Drugs, regarding the absence of duplication of the conformity’s acknowledgment procedures. 
  • The EBA appealed to Mykola Azarov, Ukraine’s Prime Minister, regarding proposals to remove the legislative collision in terms of Rx advertising in the specialised publications and at the focused events.
