In the banks` ranking, compiled by the business magazine “Lichnyj schet”*, Bank of Cyprus is listed among the top-10 best financial institutions for individuals and entrepreneurs. The ranking is based on a comparison of price features of Ukrainian banks` product line, as well as on the degree of proximity of the declared by banks interest rates for loans to the real effective rates.

Sayenko Kharenko successfully represented PJSC "OTP Bank" ("OTP Bank"), one of the largest banks with foreign capital in Ukraine, in court proceeding at the Commercial Court of Dnipropetrovsk Region against the borrower, LLC "HEKRO PET Ltd.", and the property guarantor, LLC "Terminal Fordon", concerning collection of debt under the loan agreement and foreclosure against the mortgaged property.

On 5 July 2012, the Parliament of Ukraine adopted the Law Of Ukraine “On Amending the Tax Code of Ukraine Regarding the State Tax Service Due to Administrative Reform in Ukraine” (the “Law”). The Law came into force on 12 August 2012 (with certain provisions to take effect on1 January 2013). The Law incorporated the Law of Ukraine “On the State Tax Service of Ukraine” into the Tax Code. However, in addition to the large amount of the rules incorporating prior legislation on the State Tax Service, the Law introduced a number of significant changes influencing taxation of individuals and businesses.

16 August 2012. International law firm Integrites acts as a legal adviser to K-Sure, Korea trade insurance corporation, on settlement of a major commercial dispute in Ukraine. In particular, ILF Integrites represents K-Sure in litigation with LG International, one of the largest Korean conglomerates, and Ukrpolymerconstruction LTD, the leading Ukrainian polyethylene pipe manufacturer.
- 15.08.2012, 15:30Porsche Finance Group has increased the volume of automobile financing almost threefold during the first half of the year 2012
Porsche Finance Group, financing purchase of Volkswagen, Audi and Porsche automobiles, has successfully finished the first six months of the current year. Over the first half of the current year the company provided loan and leasing agreements’ financing of purchase of 2617 automobiles, which is almost three times more than during the same period of the previous year. The number of leasing agreements brought into action grew to 820, that is 1.7 times more compared with the same period of the year 2011; the number of credit agreements increased for 3.5 times to the total amount of 1797. Totally, for 6 months of the year 2012 Porsche Finance Group has financed more automobiles, than during the full year 2011.
