Avellum Partners advised Kernel

Avellum Partners – acted as legal counsel to Kernel Holding S.A. in connection with its acquisition of a 100% stake in Russian Oils, an oilseed crusher in Russia, for a USD 60 million enterprise value and cash consideration in the range of USD 15 million. The acquisition of Russian Oils provides Kernel with additional sunflower seed crushing capacity in the range of 400,000 tons per year in three production plants. Russian Oils provides Kernel with oil refining and bottling capacity in the range of 100,000 tons of oil per year.

The team of Avellum Partners was led by managing partner, Mykola Stetsenko, with significant input from associates Yuriy Nechayev and Mykyta Nota.
