In accordance with Resolution of National Committee on Communications Regulation No. 363 dated August 5, 2010, following the results of operations in the 4th quarter of 2010, the following quality indicators are to be published:

    On quality of fixed-line telephone communication:
  1. Percent of applications for connection of consumers’ terminal equipment to the local telephone network that were fulfilled within normalized time.
  2. Percent of pay phones in good order.
  3. Number of applications for other connections, based on one access line per year.
  4. Percent of applications on damage of telecommunication network that were fulfilled within normalized time.
  5. Percent of applications on damage of telecommunication network, based on one access line per year.
  6. Percent of bills against which complaints on incorrectness (irregularity) of execution thereof were received.
  7. Percent of applications on organic aspects of service.
  8. Number of applications on technical aspects of service.
