If you want to lease an apartment in the Crimea fill in the reservation form on the website. Please don't forget to mention id of the chosen apartment. It's possible to check their availability by email or phone.
PAYMENT POLICY
You can pay for apartment rent in cash after your arrival to the apartment or with your credit card via Pay Pal before your arrival.
Please pay for the whole term of lease in the day of your arrival. We need to know how long are you going to stay in order to make further reservations.
OUR SERVICE IS FREE
We don't require any extra payment for the service we provide.
We receive a reward from owners whose apartments are represented on our website. We make the folowing demands:

CHECK-In and CHECK-Out TIME
Check-In time is 13:00. If you need to check in before 8 am please reserve the flat for 1 extra night before your arrival and you will be able to move in it as early as you wish. Early check in from 8 till 12 is charged of half rental price per night. In case the apartment is vacant it's possible to check-in before 1 p.m. without any extra charge. If not, please wait till 12:00 or 13:00.
Check out time is 12:00 but if the flat hasn't been reserved after you, it's possible stay for 1-3 hours more if you need. Late check-out before 8 p.m. will be charged of half apartment price, after 8 p.m - the full apartment price.

FLAT PREVIEW
It is possible to preview the apartment you've booked before your arrival
All flats presented on the site have detailed photos of them. You can choose apartment by looking on their digital photos. If you or your representatives want to preview the flat you have chosen before your check in if it's not reserved or occupied by other clients. In this case the preview is possible at check out time only. Apartments can't be shown while other clients staying there.
RENTAL COST INCLUDES
Price for apartment rent include all taxes.There are no hidden charges or fees in the price.
Hot, cold water and public utilities, local phone calls.
Once-a-week flat cleaning and bed-linen changing. Additional cleaning service is available upon request for extra charge.
Bed and kitchen acessories, bath towels, bed line, iron and iron-board.
DAMAGE
After check in please make sure that everything works properly and it satisfies your demands. In the day of your departure the manager will come to check flat's condition and take the keys. In case of any loss we'll have to charge you for this.
