2 цыпленка, каждый около 500 г, разрезать пополам вдоль

соль

1/4 ч. ложки сухого розмарина, измельчить

1/2 ч. ложки сухого тимьяна

1/4 ч ложки молотого черного перца

2 ст. ложки свежего лимонного сока

1. Нагрейте гриль. Выложите половинки цыплят в небольшой противень кожей вниз и посыпьте 1/4 ч. ложки соли. Жарьте примерно в 15 см от огня 15 минут.

2. В маленькой миске смешайте розмарин, тимьян, черный перец и 1 /2 ч, ложки соли. Перевертните цыплят; посыпьте травяной смесью. Жарьте еще 15 минут, один-два раза полив соком с противня, пока цыплята не станут золотистыми и сок, вытекающий в месте прокола ножом, не станет прозрачным.

3. Выложите на подогретое блюдо; снимите с мясного сока на противне жир. Добавьте на противень лимонный сок и размешивайте, пока коричневые кусочки не растворятся. Полейте цыплят соком.
