Andrei is a partner at Sayenko Kharenko. Dr. Liakhov has over 20 years of professional experience with leading international law firms, companies and government institutions in the United Kingdom, the Russian Federation, Lithuania, Canada, and Ukraine.

Mr. Kharenko focuses on cross-border corporate transactions and international financings. He has worked on a wide range of major private and public securities offerings, syndications and secured finance transactions in Ukraine representing leading investment banks, multinational financial institutions, and corporates.

Mr. Kharenko lectured banking and tax law at Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University Law School. He served as an advisor to the Chairman of the State Commission on Securities and Stock Market of Ukraine.

Vladimir Sayenko is a partner with over 16 years of legal experience, admitted in Ukraine and in the State of New York (USA). He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, corporate, competition and securities law. He has advised extensively in the financial, energy, oil & gas, real estate and media sectors and litigated in numerous investment, corporate and property disputes in Ukrainian courts and international arbitration tribunals.
