Limited Liability Company «Infomedia» provide hosting services (placing information in the Internet) and services of domain names registration. The order of services is carried out from a web site http://www.ethnohosting.com. Services are provided for legal body or any natural person who has reached majority. Acceptance of the present Rules is considered the fact of payment realisation on account of Company «Infomedia».

Using provided services

Provided services can be used only in the lawful purposes. Any wrongful acts in territory of your or any other jurisdiction to which web resources placed by you can relate, are strictly forbidden. In a usage time of represented services you strictly are forbidden to place any illegal, menacing, obscene, slanderous, offensive, pornographic, vulgar information of any kind, and it is equal also references to that, including any information which promotes wrongful acts.

Use of represented resources

It is forbidden for services Users of a virtual hosting:
• to Place any information infringing author´s and neighbouring rights;

• to initiate any processes on a server any of which takes more than 5 % of all accessible system resources at any moment;

• to initiate plural processes which pass in the status «Zombie» (the died or successfully not complete processes);

• to start any software anyhow connected with IRC (Internet Relay Chat) or torrent-tracker;

• Mass dispatch of electronic letters (mass mailing, the SPAM) advertising, commercial or propaganda character, and also the letters containing rough and offensive sayings;

• use of the software of a doubtful origin;

• to place the harmful software (viruses, so-called «malware» or «spyware»).

Any account noticed in similar infringements, will be removed after the prevention, the demand balance on the account does not come back. The administration or employees of a department of technical support has the right to change or disconnect necessarily any web site, an account, a database or other component of a server, in case of its discrepancy to the present Rules.

Liability limits

You undertake to protect us from any responsibility (legal, administrative, moral) under every possible claims, fines, a damage, expenses or a legal cost caused by your actions and-or actions of your visitors at use of our service. Without any restrictions and exceptions it concerns as you (or to the persons who are speaking on behalf of your name), and persons, whose accounts, domains, sites or other components are placed in your account. You bear responsibility for contents of your site (your sites).

You realise that placing of any information on the account, it to become accessible for the Internet audience, but we are denied the opportunity to protect your information from a security breach of your copyright.

Payment and Contact Information

You agree to promptly make all necessary payments for the services we provide through prepayment. To stop the services use, you should notify us within 10 days. When early termination of our services, make money is not converted and will not be returned.

You acknowledge that provide correct contact details (postal address, email address, telephone number) and agree to promptly notify us in the event of a change.

Acceptance of these Rules (the acceptance of public offer)

These Regulations are the contract of a public offer, a substitute for the written or other form of agreement and have the same legal force of a written contract. You agree and acknowledge that legally force of this Regulation.
