EBA HR School
The aim: to shape professional community of HR specialists by passing over the knowledge from highly qualified HR-experts to HR-beginners during closed meetings once a month throughout 2011.
Important
- Who can be the nominee: participants are nominees from the EBA member companies who work at HR-Departments as HR-specialists.
- Study in HR Evening School can be on free or on paid basis.

Free basis:
- only one nominee from the EBA member – company can be enrolled to the EBA HR Evening School free of charge if he/she has 12 to 24 month working experience in HR; -
Payment basis:
- if the applicant has less than 1 year or more than 2 years experience or does not work in HR sphere, the fee comprises 100 Euro;
- company may nominate additional participants to the EBA HR Evening School. Please note that the every additional participant from one company will be charged 100 Euro fee;
- the fee for consultants and recruiters is 200 Euro.
The EBA HR Committee Board:
- please, note that The EBA HR Committee Board will make decision regarding your participation in the Programme;
- The EBA HR Board has a right to turn down the application in case candidate’s profile does not meet the participants’ requirements.
Speakers: The EBA HR Committee Board invites qualified experts to the speakers’ panel.
Certificate: Participants will receive the EBA HR Evening School certificates after accomplishing the program. Those participants who miss more than 2 sessions will not be granted the EBA HR Evening School certificates.
Requirements to participants:
- Employment with one of the EBA member- companies;
- The candidate must work in HR-Department as HR-specialists (one per company) or under HR Manager’s/Director’s supervision being responsible for a certain HR function;
- Have experience in HR from 12 till 24 months;
- Desire to develop professional skills in HR sphere;
- Ability to implement new knowledge in practice within the company.
Requirements to speakers:
- Experience in HR more than 5 years (minimum 7 years for consultants specializing in HR);
- Desire to share knowledge and educate;
- Posses one or more HR tools and be able to train others to use them;
- Ability to share all available information on a subject with participants and answer questions.
