The Information Center was created with the goal of satisfying the interests of PRAVEX-BANK clients, its principal task is to provide professional and comprehensive consultations regarding a wide range of banking services. The Information Center's highly qualified employees are a team of professionals, which maintains a high level of business ethics, and is always ready to pay attention to each client.

To allow our clients to receive the necessary information as quickly as possible, we developed a Call Center voice menu, which allows our clients to promptly get full and competent consultation simply by dialing the relevant numbers on their telephone (in a tone mode).

Today the PRAVEX-BANK's Information Center works with clients in two spheres:

1. Consultations to the clients and potential clients regarding the provision of banking services at PRAVEX-BANK - this is an informational subdivision working 24 hours a day, which handles around 1,200 client calls each day, providing comprehensive information about those issues that clients are interested in, and covering the related range of banking services.

2. Support of clients, holders of PRAVEX-BANK payment cards - this is a Bank subdivision, working 24 hours a day, which handles around 1,700 client calls each day, and is oriented at providing full and relevant consultations to payment cardholders and the prompt resolution of questions arising in the process of using card products.

Operating hours of consultation center of banking services are daily from 9:00 to 21:00.
