Do you have an idea of an internet project or an already working prototype? Probably you have questions about further development of your startup and search of investments? Send a request to the GrowthUp incubator and we will help you to achieve your goals.
You may find educational programs that will answer many of your questions, you will receive advises of guru in technological business who will help you to prepare the project launch.

You will receive the following services in the incubator: hosting, primary advertising, legal advice and registration of trade mark.
The list of services will be expanded with the lapse of time.
After passing the educational course you will be able to make a presentation for investors.

Below you may find the algorithm of work of the incubator that might be changed later.

The first iteration is in a test mode and certain positions can be supplemented or changed. The main task of work with projects within the incubator is a preparation for startup launch.

Algorithm of work with projects:

0: Application Request
The work with the project starts from an application request. The applications should be sent to email: incubator@growthup.com

Format:
(maximum 500 symbols for each item)
1.Short project description
2.Markets on which the project is oriented
3.Description of user problem that startup should solve
4.Competitors description (competitors are not companies that produce the same product but the companies that solve the same problem)
5.Status of intellectual property in a project
6.What has already been done in a project
7.Experience of your project team

The projects that have sent the application requests are granted access to educational programs that are held in the incubator. In condition of active involvement (answered emails during the day or an agreement about exceeding this term) a modest fee will be charged for participation in seminars and trainings.
The aim of this zero phase is to prepare an Executive Summary (ES) that will be formulated after the application processing. The team of the incubator will help you to prepare the ES. In case the entrepreneur has additional questions after visiting the circle of seminars, they could be discussed in person.

1: Coaching Session
After the submission of the ES the project could be selected for participation in a quarterly coaching session. During the session the certain works with experts aimed to evaluate and improve all features of the project will be performed.
A number of meetings with the projects selected for this stage in order to develop a strategy of the project will be conducted.
From the moment when the solution about the participation of the project in the next session is made and before its finalization the project gains access to the service providers of the incubator (hosting, advertising).
Before the coaching session a special agreement is concluded with the project. It indicates that the project should send the package of documents to the investment committee of the incubator first and provide them with two weeks time slot for processing the documents and announcing a solution.
On the other hand this does not obligate the project to accept the funding if the project is not satisfied with the terms of an offer.

2: Activities within BayViewInnovations (BVI)
Based on results of the previous stage several projects will be offered to receive a set of consulting services for the trial period of three months in condition they transfer 5% of shares to the incubator company.
BVI services:
Preliminary evaluation of the project from technological and economical side;
Preparation of a summarized project overview in a written form;
Ensuring the support of the project by experts;
Search of angel funding on the territory of Ukraine, Russia, Europe and the USA;
Proving support during project growth management and project development;
Development of financial model of the project;
Definition of a set of potentially interested partners (finding, forming), arranging meetings with them, preparation of project presentation materials.

Investments
Search of investments is not allocated into a separate area when working with projects, but the investment committee has access to the list of incubator projects. We cooperate with a number of investors and can recommend them the best projects for review. With most projects concerning search of investments we work from the prospective of the investor.
