Make online reservations with EUROPCAR

You can make online reservations via the Business Center section of our Europcar sites once you’ve entered your Europcar contract number and Europcar business account number in the appropriate log-in fields. You can also view, modify or cancel existing reservations via the same Business Center section.

If your IATA/TIDs is registered with Europcar you may make new reservations and retrieve, modify and cancel existing reservations on a Europcar reservations site dedicated to your needs: please click here or select Travel Agents Bookings on your local Europcar website home page.

Get commission if booking online with Europcar

Your standard or pre-agreed commission plans automatically apply when you reserve online.

• If Europcar does not have your IATA/ABTA number on file, please fill in our contact form.
• Commission is paid in the same manner as when you reserve via any other Europcar booking channels: after the rental has been completed sent to your bank electronically or directly to your offices by bank cheque.
• To book Europcar via the GDS systems use code EP.

• You can find Europcar 6-character codes using the Worldwide Locations section of your local Europcar website or on www.europcar.com, and retrieve information on the location you require.
