Founded by private investors in mid-1990's, the Smart Holding soon became one of the major investors into Ukrainian economy.

Since 2005we are a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), USA. The mission of the Urban Land Institute is to provide leadership in the responsible use of land and in creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide. ULI initiates research that anticipates emerging land use trends and issues and proposes creative solutions based on that research

Project systems Ltd was founded in 2005. The creative director of the company is Sergey Nikolayevich Mirgorodskiy. Project director- the honored architect of Ukraine Andrey Sergeevich Mirgorodskiy.

The company aims to solve complex tasks in urban planning and design. The evidence of the team’s professional approach is over one hundred realized projects in the area of three-dimensional design, urban planning and interior design. The company’s team consists of experienced architects and engineers along with talented youth. Project systems Ltd comprise two honored architects of Ukraine and two honored constructors of Ukraine.

The company has operating association contracts with distinguished international architectural studios from Spain, USA and Poland.
