Having consolidated existing assets in real estate, thebiggest Ukrainian financial and industrial group System Capital Management established an industrial holding ESTA Group.

Today ESTA Group is one of the most successful in Ukrainian real estate market and the biggest private Company. Current ESTA's portfolio includes objects in action, objects under consrtuction and real estate bank of total area over 70 hectares. ESTA Holding's task is making strategy decisions within ESTA Group business development is. Today ESTA's activities are focused on three main business areas:

investments into and development of commercial and residential premium quality projects,
hotel management,
real estate management and exploitation.
