About the Department

The Department of Prepress Systems is the oldest division of the company. Its beginning dates back to 1995 when an imagesetter supply and service agreement was signed with the company ECRM.
The next important stage of the department’s development was co-operation with the large and highly experienced company Intermikro from Moscow, Russia, which was the distributor of AGFA products in the countries of CIS at that time. The result of that beneficial co-operation was signing of an exclusive agreement for Ukraine and Moldova with AGFA, the world leader of prepress systems manufacture, in 1997. Later, we gained more partners like Glunz&Jensen, Sack, Barco, DuPont. But regardless the fact that some of them had left the market due to competition, AGFA and ECRM remained at the leading positions in prepress. Today, the products of these companies are the cornerstone of Prepress Systems Department offers.

The main tasks solved by the department are:

analysis of the customer’s needs and shaping the unique solution and aid in building technological process;

complex solutions for prepress (imposition, trapping, and color separation);

delivery, startup, and technological support for hardware and software;

consulting for operation of hardware and software.

During more than 10 years of successful work at the market, Department of Prepress Systems of MacHOUSE has realized more than 60 projects of supplies of imagesetters and computer-to-plate (CtP) systems. All equipment is supported by either warranty, or service maintenance. Unique solutions for newspaper printers have been realized (90% of Ukrainian СtР market in newspaper printing sector are divided between AGFA and ECRM). We have accumulated huge experience of maintaining prepress complexes and consumables supply.

The department takes active part in trade shows and seminars, holds numerous market researches in order to constantly modify its solutions and offer our customers the most advanced and state-of-art technologies.
