The Clarus team consists of 10 people: two managing partners, four search consultants, one researcher, two accountants, and one administrative director. They all have different educations and previous work experience before joining the Clarus team, thus making our search and selection process more efficient.
Clara Bodin is Managing Partner of Clarus Eastern Europe. Clara is originally from Sweden with experience of working, living and studying in CIS countries since 1994. Her professional experience in Ukraine started as a business consultant for Swedish companies through the Swedish Trade Council in Kiev in 2002 and later as the Recruitment Manager of Relacom Ukraine. Clara speaks fluent Russian, Ukrainian English, Swedish and Dutch. Please contact Clara for recruitment and search projects.
Joop Allers is Partner and founder of Clarus Eastern Europe. Joop is originally from the Netherlands, but he has been living and working in Ukraine since 2004. He has wide experience in business negotiations and customer relations management and extensive knowledge about how to start up a business in Ukraine from scratch. Joop manages payroll outsourcing, outstaffing and Business support office.
Polina Doroshenko is Senior Search Consultant. She has a degree in Pharmaceutics with a major in Industrial Technology. Polina joined Clarus in spring 2007 and her main focus areas are top positions within Industry and Manufacturing, Consumer Goods (FMCG), Information Technology and Telecommunications, and Agricultural. Polina speaks Ukrainian, Russian and English.
Galina Gunina has a Philological education with major in English and German languages. Galina joined the Clarus team in summer 2008. She has a background in HR and works mainly with accounting and HR positions with Industry and Manufacturing, Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Agriculture.
Valeria Romanchenko has a Master degree in Philology and speaks fluent Swedish, English and German. Valeria joined the Clarus team in autumn 2008. Her main working specializations are top managers and specialists within Pharmaceutics, Finance, Consumer Goods (FMCG), and Agriculture.
Nazariy Kovalyuk works as research and recruitment assistant in the Clarus team. Nazariy has a MA in International Relations and joined the company in summer 2010. Nazariy speaks Swedish and English.
Oksana Prokopchuk and Anna Trosenko work as accountants in Clarus. They have extensive experience in accounting and a deep understanding of both Ukrainian taxation system and financial standards and policy. Oksana and Anna are responsible for invoicing and payments and they also administer Clarus outstaffing and payroll accounting.
Serhiy Tretyakov works as administrative director in Clarus. He has a successful track record in obtaining work and residence permits for our expatriate clients.
