Representatives of thirteen leading exhibition companies from Ukraine and Moldova have gathered on December, 11th in the Higher school of exhibition management (HSEM).
Meeting main objectives were: the exchange of experience, improvement of professional skill of employees, discussion of development strategy of exhibition business for immediate prospects.
To the meeting in Kiev there have arrived 55 experts: among them were both organizers of exhibitions, and managers of the exhibition centers.
The regions of Ukraine were represented by the companies with the greatest market share: Expo-center "Meteor" (Dnepropetrovsk), «CVT» (Odessa), "Gal-Expo" (Lvov), «X-Expo» (Kharkov), "Dominanta" (Simferopol), CCI Zaporozhye.
The gathered parties have taken a course of lectures for professionals of the exhibition business, developed by Valery Pekar, master of business administration (MBA), president of company "Euroindex", member of educational committee of the Global association of the exhibition industry (UFI).
Exhibitions in the conditions of unprecedented media-inflation (a rise in prices for advertising with simultaneous reduction of its efficiency) have all possibilities for qualitative growth: it is the unique tool of strategic sales, multisensor* channel for information interchange between the exhibitors interested in dialogue and visitors.
Inherently, exhibitions, fairs and auctions are the concentrated stream of personal meetings, hand shakes and communications face to face.
Positive influence of fairs and exhibitions on economic health of their Clients was is checked up by thousand-year experience of mankind (experts consider that the first mention of fair can be found in the Bible, in the book of prophet Ezekiel). The basic secret of survivability of exhibitions is that they unite ideological strategists and optimists; those who lives with hope and chooses development and life, instead of those who was undeceived and has preferred misery and death.
The participants of meeting in Kiev have agreed in opinion that at the time of prompt changes the one who owns fresh information wins and sees in problems some opportunities, instead of threats. And for exhibition community it is only necessary to help Clients during the responsible moment to make the right choice.
