August 19, 2011 - The second summer month of 2011 is marked with the deterioration of the consumer confidence. Consumer Confidence Index (CCI) is 73.6 in July which is 2.5 p.p. lower than in June. July 15, 2011 - If elections were held on next Sunday, 60% of voters wouldn’t know which party or candidate for the post of the President to support, wouldn’t participate in elections at all, or would vote against all. Only 8% of citizens consider that the country is heading in the right direction, while 67% said that it’s not. 67% of Ukrainians don’t trust the President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych. July 11, 2011 - In the beginning of summer 2011 the successive renovation of optimism in consumer confidence continued having started in April. Consumer Confidence Index (CCI) increased by 2.2 p.p. to 76.1. The June growth of CCI was mainly the result of better expectations regarding changes in the current situation while economic expectations decreased.
