The above regulator is a device of weekly programming of temperature in indoors. There are 9 temperature programs at user’s choice. One can program temperature during the day and night and for each day of the week. The executive mechanism of the regulator perfectly works with the automatic system “KARE” and other gas automatic systems installed on the boilers. Use of the regulator guarantees considerable heat saving and as a result – cost saving.

This device stabilizes pressure of gas which is fed to the boiler and thus guarantees optimal functioning of the safety automatic system and the burner, and prevents detachment of flame from burners. Besides being equipped with a screen filter it prevents ingress of mechanic particles into gas automatic system and jets. The operating range is from 5 kPa to 1,2 kPa. Regulators ДУ 15-20 мм are realized.

HB type burners are distinguished by special technology of holes and grooves treatment which allows the maximum complete burning of gas. The burner is made of high quality stainless steel which allows to prepare most technologically gas and air mixture and save fuel during the burning process and guarantees operation longevity.

Safety system of the boiler is intended for protecting close heating systems with the capacity up to 100 kW. The boiler safety systems consists of:

• safety valve (1,5 or 3 Bar);
• air offtake device;
• monometer.

The use of above elements gives a possibility to prevent deformation of rapture of the heat exchanger at the increase of pressure, to eliminate air locks from the system. The heating system operation becomes more controlled and thus safer.

A circulating pump is used in heating systems of cottages, buildings, private houses. Replacement of natural heat transfer agent circulation by an induced one permits to decrease considerably the diameter of pipes and locking accessories, to decrease energy consumption and the inertia of the system. We offer pumps of various capacity, fit for any kind of a heating system as well as pumps foe hot water supply.

There are offered pumps of leading European firms: WILO, GRUNDFOS, SPERONI, CALPEDA, DAB etc.

Surge tanks are intended for pressure equalization in heating systems by means of absorption of excessive amount of water which originates while it is being heated. While being cooled water returns back into the system from the tank. The tanks can be used in the heating systems where heat transfer agent is either water or water glycol mixture (up to 40 %). Bottom parts and body; carbon steel, cold stamping. A membrane: accessory technical rubber of elevated elasticity. Operating temperature: from – 10 to + 99 C.

Membrane type gas meters of the following type parameters: G2,5, G4, G6, G10 produced by the firm “Premgras” or Samgaz Ukrayina are intended for measuring the amount of natural gas that flew through the meter and meet the requirements of ГОСТ 5542-87; they are also intended for measuring the amount of condensed gas fumes ГОСТ 20448-90 and other non aggressive gases. The meters of the firm “Premgas” s.g.o. Slovakia BKG4T, BKG6T, BKG10T are equipped with a thermo-adjuster for automatic equalization of water to standard norms.

A well pump intended primarily for operation in holes, can be used as well in wells and reservoirs. It allows to provide with water not only a single house but also a big settlement. It is perfectly fit for re-pumping of rain and service water. It is also used for pumping of mineral waters.

Self-suction pump for supplying water from water bodies or wells not more that 7 m deep. It is an automatic water supply station, ready for operation, equipped with a membrane accumulator tank and a pressure relay. The pump is switched off automatically when the pressure of water in the system decreases, it is switched on under the exceed of the set pressure value (level).

Voltage relay is a safety electric device intended for switching off household and industrial single-phase equipment (220V, 50 Hz, up to 3,5 A) under inadmissible fluctuations of voltage followed by further automatic switching on. The pause period after switching off is set by a user. The relay is used effectively when refrigerators, air-conditioners, heating devices that contain electronic control units are connected to the supply line. It guarantees protection of expensive household equipment.

ФЗ-10 device is intended for softening and purification of water in closed cycle heating systems. ФЗ-10 device is installed in front of the water heating device and protects the heat exchanger and the heating system from ingress of mechanical particles of more than 5 mkm; it removes hardness salts which cause formation of lime sediments in heat exchange devices, boilers, hot water boilers etc. The device consists of the body, the filter in assembly, the cartridge of mechanic magnetic destructurizator, two ion exchange cartridge.

The unit which guarantees efficient operation of the circulating pump and allows operation of a heating system with a natural (gravity) circulation in the case of the pump switching-off. It can be equipped with pumps of different capacity which extends ranges of its application.

The original unit is intended for heating systems with parapet type boilers Danko-7, Danko-10, Danko-12,5, Danko 15,5. The above unit consists of a circulating pump WILO Star RS 25/4-130, a screen filter, an air offtake device or safety group, a ball three-way cock. The pump provides perfect circulation of a heat transfer agent; switching of circulation of liquid in big and small circles of circulation is made by means of the cock; there is a possibility to add a heat transfer agent from the feed pipe-line to the return one which improves boiler operation and extends its longevity. The hydraulic unit is installed directly on the boiler with the help of coupling nuts and has a nice aspect and excellent technological qualities.

The device is intended for softening and magnetization of cold water which is used for drinking, household needs, filling and replenishment of heating systems, replenishment of boiler plant devices, in technological lines of food and other kinds of production.

There are produced two kinds of the devices according to their operation efficiency:

• 0,6 m³/hour
• 1,1 m³/hour

Softening is carried out by two methods:

1. The method of sodium - zeolite softening of inlet water during its filtering through the layer of ion-exchanger resin.
2. The method of magnetization while water is passing through the magnet system.
