1996 – year of Uncle Sam's Group (USG) foundation, opening of restaurant Uncle Sam’s that after some years has been reconstructed in a grill-restaurant SAM’S STEAK HOUSE.
1998 - opening of Mexican restaurant TEQUILA HOUSE.
1999 - opening of Georgian restaurant MIMINO.
2001 - Irish pub-restaurant GOLDEN GATE was opened.
2002 - opening of restaurant of Haute Ukrainian cuisine LIPSKY OSOBNYAK.
2002 - opening of Japanese restaurant ASAHI.
2002 - opening of a nightclub of fashionable dancing format OPIUM DANCE CLUB. During several years club OPIUM was one of the centers of advanced youth music and was in the lead in nightlife of capital.

2006 - opening of Uzbek restaurant SHAFRAN.
