If you want to refill your account with cash you can use instant payment ATMs of OSMP, iBox, Easy Soft, 24 Non Stop, City-Pay or PrivatBank.The sum will be deposited with your account within a few minutes. To pay for FreshTel services you can use some 3,000 ATMs in Kiev, Brovary, Vyshgorod and Borispol – they can be found almost anywhere. Consult the map to pick the nearest one. FreshTel icon will be found on the internet and IP-telephony payments page.

Follow the user’s guide displayed on the screen step by step. At any moment you can cancel the operation – just press “Cancel” or “Back”.

Step by step guide

1. On the main page press “Service payments”.
2. Open the “Internet and IP-telephony” page.
3. Find the FreshTel icon in the list of providers and press it. Use “Continue” and “Back” buttons to navigate the menu.
4. Find and press “FreshTel payments”.
5. Type in your login or account number using the touch keys on the screen. Check the number and correct it if necessary. You can correct the number using “<-” and “C” buttons.
6. Check if the submitted data is correct. If the number is correct, press “Continue”, otherwise press “Back” return to the previous page and enter the correct number.
7. Upload the cash onto the ATM. To confirm the payment press “Pay”.
8. You payment has been made. Attention! Make sure you take away the receipt and keep it till your account has been refilled.
