1991
The 18th of February 1991 - a Limited Liability Company “Scientific and production enterprise “Factor” was registered and it has become the basis of the publishing and consulting corporation “Factor”. Organization of seminars for accountants with engaging of specialists from financial bodies, consultations on the problems of accounting and sale of accounting forms have become the prior trends of the development of the enterprise.
1993
02d of February 1993 - Because of the increase of the sales volume of accounting forms and information and methodical literature the LLC “Khartiya” was organized and it specialized in placing the orders for producing of polygraphic production in the printing-plants of the city and region.
1994
The 20th of January 1994- separation of Auditor company“Factor-Audit” and forming of an independent enterprise. Its first clients were JV “NOK” and the plant “Belkazin” (city Pryluki). Opening of the first shop of retail trading network “Factor”. To the end of the year the trading network consisted of 20 shops.

1995
The 14th of February 1995 - Foundation of editorial office of the newspaper “Taxes and accounting”, the first periodical edition of the Corporation “Factor”. This date is considered to be the date of foundation of the Publishing house “Factor”.
1996
Creation of own polygraphic base, acquisition of a complex of printing equipment. The assortment of informational and methodical literature increases; a new monthly enclosure to the newspaper “Taxes and accounting” appears. This is a systematic collection of normative documents on the problems of taxation and accounting.
1997
Creation of editorial office of informational and methodical literature of Publishing house “Factor”.
AC “Factor Audit” moves in a new office, situated in 4, Marshal Bazhanov street, printing-house “Hartiya” occupies its own three-storied building at the address: 10, Gomonenko street. The reconstruction of the building in 106 Sumskaya street is begun. (In the future it will be the head office of the Corporation).
1998
The opening of affiliates and representative offices in other big cities of Ukraine; in Dnepropetrovsk, in Kiev, in Lvov, in Simferopol and others.
Active cooperation with the largest alternative subscription services of Ukraine is carried out.
Widening of the assortment of periodicals and of informational and methodical literature.
1999
Creation of subscription and currier service “Factor-Press”.
AC “Factor Audit” received the license for carrying out of legal practice, and in connection with this fact there was a legal department was created. This department provided detailed legal supporting to the enterprises which are the clients of AC “Factor Audit”.
2000
The 10th of November 2000 - the printing house “Hartiya” was renamed to “Factor-Druk”. Acquisition of new equipment, working out of modern printing technologies of the printing house “Factor-Druk” allowed to take additional orders of other companies. The beginning of building of the new printing complex of European level in 51, Saratovskaya street.
2001
Creation of two new editorial offices of the newspapers “Own business” and “Accounting week”.
“Factor –Druk” introduces a new type of production by setting in operation a new newspaper line. Since then almost all periodicals are printed in “Factor-Druk”
Among other clients there are the leading publications of the region.
The department of marketing and advertisement is reorganized into advertising agency “Factor-Reklama”
2002
A new magazine “The accountant” of the publishing house “Factor” became a new brand. Alexander Kirsh became the editor-in-chief of this magazine.
A branch establishment “Consulting center “Factor” was created. This enterprise rendering of services in the field of accounting and taxation, management consulting and law (in administrative field and in legal field).
2003
Creation of editorial office of fiction of PH “Factor”.
AC “Factor Audit” together with International audit company “Roedl&Parthner” creates an enterprise “Factor-Roedl-Audit”.
2004
The installation of new equipment for producing of books in hard cover allowed the printing-house “Factor-Druk” master a new quality level of production of books. The process is automated from the moment of receiving of the copy to the moment of delivery of the finished product. Opening of then shop “Business accessories and presents”. The editorial office of the fiction of PH “Factor” becomes a Publishing house of children literature “Pelican”.
2005
The printing-house “Factor-Druk” begins to produce its own clean-paper production under the trademark Helfer Office.
The new direction of the development of the Corporation “Factor” was the creation of two specialized trading networks. These are a network of shops “ØÎÊ» (stationery and concomitant goods for children of school age) and a network of grocery supermarkets “ Miy Koshik” (“My Basket”)
AC “Factor audit” developes new directions of work together with with International audit company “Roedl&Parthner” by founding a law firm “Factor-Poedl”. With appearing of a new service as delivery of stationery to offices leaded to the creation of branch establishment “Factor-Express”.
2006
The PH “Factor” created a new publication for accountants that use PC “Accountant and computer”. The network of grocery supermarkets underwent some quality changes, and a new network of shops “E-DA” came to the market.
2007
Creation of an editorial office of the newspaper for the accountants of budget organizations “Budget accounting” .
