Voluntary motor third party liability
Buying the Obligatory motor third party liability (OMTPL) policy you secure yourself against compensation of damage inflicted on other traffic participants’ property in a sum of UAH 50 000 fixed by law.
Yet the sum may not always cover the cost of the third party car repairs.
OMTPL+ policy provides compensation for the extra costs on somebody else’s vehicle repairing.
This is an optional addition to the OMTPL, and it enables to increase the limit on the damage caused to third parties’ property from UAH 10 000 to 100 000.

Claims settlement is carried out similarly as by the OMTPL insurance.
