Denys Kotseba

Denys Kotseba has been involved in the development of Interplat since the very beginning in 2000, when the system was first conceived as the first Internet payment gateway for the National System of Mass Electronic Payments (NSMEP). He played a role of system architect, generating ideas and managing the development team. He later managed the projects of integrating the system with e-commerce applications and proprietary systems such as online billing for Ukrainian Telecom and online money transfers for Ukrainian Postal Service.

In 2008 he was appointed the CEO, and since has been responsible for managing the company’s strategic development and future global direction.

Denys successfully combines strategic vision, experience in top-notch information technologies, and practical skills in team management, product and customer development.

He received a Bachelor of Computer Science degree with honors from Kharkiv State Techbical University for Radioelectronics in 1995.
