Key Account Manager

Our Client is a leading European producer of maize, sunflower and rape seeds. The company started operations in 1950 and currently provides solutions to more than 300,000 farmers sowing about 3mln ha in Europe.

The company has established a subsidiary in Ukraine in 2007 and currently operates both sales office and production facility. In process of business development on Ukrainian market, the Company is looking for Key Account Manager. 

Key responsibilities:

• Implementing the company business strategy with assigned partners (distributors)
• Ensuring fulfillment of key business indicators
• Building efficient relations with company distributors to secure targeted sell-in and sell-out volumes
• Development and implementation of products promotion activities
• Monitoring and pursuing new business opportunities
• Securing proper documents flow, payments monitoring, overseeing logistics issues related to assigned partners

Major requirements:

• University degree (degree in agriculture would be an advantage) 
• More than 2 years of work experience in agribusiness (seeds, crop protection, agricultural machinery)
• Open-minded and easy learning personality
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Working knowledge of English
• Drivers license (cat. B)
