WeedSeeker® technology uses advanced optics and computer circuitry to sense if a weed is present. When a weed enters the 12"-wide field of view of the Sensor, it signals a spray nozzle to deliver a precise amount of herbicide. Weeds that occur intermittently present a classic dilemma: Broadcast spraying is inherently wasteful, but spot-spraying is labor-intensive, costly, and also wasteful.

Now there is no need to choose between the two. Since the WeedSeeker® is essentially an automated spot-sprayer, it beats all other systems hands down. In most cases, the units pay for themselves in less than a year.

This diagram shows the cost savings (vs. acreage per application) to control weeds for a four-foot strip using a 1.5% Roundup solution.
