10 June 2010, Kiev - Senior associate and Head of real estate practice of Konnov & Sozanovsky, Vitaliy Pravdyuk presented the report "Methods to minimize the risks in construction projects investment" within the framework of the round table "Investors’ rights protection in the field of construction", organized by "Galitsky contracts" publishing house.

Vitaliy Pravdyuk dedicated his speech to the major risks arising in the process of investments to construction objects. Possible mitigation measures for such risks as well as practical aspects of contracts drafting in the investment activity in the field of construction were elucidated in the report.

The round table was attended by representatives of Ukrainian law firms, social organizations representing the interests of investors, and the mass media.
