26 and 27 May in “Liga” Business centre took place Construction reform 2009 Conference, participated with lawyers and practitioners  in sphere of real estate, construction and land law. Konnov & Sozanovsky was represented by lawyer of real estate, construction and land law department Dmitriy Sichkar, who participated with his reports on “Accessible apartments are real” and “Rent with redemption: new investment-construction scheme” touching upon issues of state participation in construction of accessible apartments, preferences and peculiarities of building of social apartments.

Among that, this Conference touched upon actual issues of land legislation, construction, share relations and work of Construction Financing Fund (CFF) and Real estate Operations Fund.
