Business model
Delta Medical business model is based upon continuous partner relations with manufacturers (as exclusive representative of goods and trade marks in Ukraine and CIS), suppliers, distributors, drug store nets, medical community. The basic operational principles are as follows:
- promotion of innovational products demanded by the consumers;
- participation in market formation;
- medical/cosmetic drugs consumption standards improvement, active cooperation with the leading representatives of the medical and scientific community, state and private commercial institutions, funds and centers operating within the medical/cosmetic industry.
Portfolio
Delta Medical portfolio represents products of more than 30 manufacturers – above 300 products embracing not only drugs, medical goods, and equipment, but also medical cosmetics, dietary supplements. The assortment is constantly developing and is supplemented with the new brands.
Geography
Delta Medical holds its activities in CIS countries: Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tadzhikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine and in Mongolia.
Staff
Delta Medical counts more than 500 employees. The Company has one of the largest in the country highly-qualified sales managers’ staff consists of 208 persons. These employees are engaged in the following activities:
1. Specialists in cooperation with doctors – 110 persons, among them:
- with pediatricians, ENTs – 16;
- with therapists, anesthesiologists, surgeons, cardiologists – 23;
- with dermatologists, cosmeticians – 12;
- with gynecologists – 16;
- with neurologists, traumatologists, surgeons – 22
2. Specialists in work with drug stores – 98 persons.
Regional representative offices
Activity of 8 Delta Medical’s offices embraces the whole Ukraine.
The Delta Medical’s warehouse with 6200 sq m area is located in Kyiv.
