On December 9, 2010 work meeting with Serhiy Pos’ from Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, Department of International Technical Assistance and cooperation with international financial organizations was held.

On December 8, 2010 work group meetings on preparation of IRP in the areas "Migration" and "Support of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement" was held.

On December 7, 2010 work group meeting on preparation of IRP in the area "state aid" was held.

On December 3, 2010 in the premises of President Hotel the conference “Comprehensive Institutional Building Programme: its place and role in the reform process in Ukraine” took place. The event was organized by Civil expert council under the Ukrainian Part of EU-Ukraine Cooperation Committee under the support of Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Ukraine and Main Department of the Civil Service of Ukraine.

Ukrainian delegation consisting of Deputy Head of Main Department of the Civil Service of Ukraine Andriy Vyshnevsky, Director for Bureau for European Integration of the Secretariat of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Evgen Perelygin, Director of the Department of International Technical Assistance and cooperation with international financial organizations of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine Olena Kucherenko and Deputy Head of Unit for Constitutional, Civil and Economic Legislation of the Legal Department of the Secretariat of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Larysa Brovchenko finished their assignment to 1^st ENPI SIGMA Networking Seminar.

On 29 November, 2010 meeting between representatives of the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service the Standards of the European Union and the State Treasury of Ukraine concerning possibility of initiating a Twinning project took place.
