Our training department coordinates the work of professional business-trainers in the areas of business organization, marketing, management, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.

«HR Office Work» - Seminar-cum-workshop (20 teaching hours)

heads of enterprises, managers and personnel of HR departments.

Aim of the training:  familiarization with legal documents, regulating labour relations with employees and the Labour code of Ukraine. The main goal of the seminar-cum-workshop is to learn the basic issues of HR office study as well as the documents and legal database together with training materials.


«Applied HR Practice for Supervisors, HR Managers» - Training-seminar (30 teaching hours)

heads of enterprises, managers and personnel of HR departments.

Aim of the training:  familiarization with normative and legal documents regulating labour relations with an employee, the Labour code of Ukraine; acquiring modern techniques for staff evaluations, conducting interviews, motivation and certification of personnel.


«Effective Staff Selection and Employment: Testing and Evaluation Techniques» - Training (20 teaching hours)

heads of enterprises, HR managers, personnel of HR development department and HR departments.

Aim of the training:  development of the skills necessary for the effective selection and employment of staff; establishment of the evaluation criteria regarding selection techniques and decision making; familiarization with modern psychotechnology.


«Administrative Communication Skills» - Training (20 teaching hours)

top and middle managers.

Aim of the training:  enhancing administrative communication skills for the company’s management. During the training, special attention will be paid to management’s activities regarding professional communication; to various aspects of business and personal communication with colleagues; and to finding new approaches to establish business relations; analyzing the basis of interoffice apathy and conflict.


«Fundamentals of Management Communication» - Training (20 teaching hours)

heads of enterprises, personnel of HR departments, recruitment agencies, top and middle managers.

Aim of the training:  learning primary and middle management functions; acquiring familiarity with modern systems for personnel management; methods of motivating and de-motivating influences on personnel and individual management; enhancement of the general management culture in the company.


«Modern Techniques of Personnel Management» - Training (20 teaching hours)

heads of enterprises, middle managers who would like to enhance their adequacy, develop and systemize theoretical and practical skills in field of personnel management.

Aim of the training:  development of abilities and skills for effective personnel management and using them in practice.


«Core Secretarial/Administrative Skills for Effective Office Work» - Training (20 teaching hours)

secretaries, office-managers, staff assistants, executive assistants, personnel who performs some secretarial duties.

Aim of the training:  To enhance the quality of work of secretaries of the company. To develop professional skills needed for effective work as a secretary. To develop additional communicational skills for professional communication both internally and with clients.
