Despite the growing interest of business to the topic of reputation management, its proper practical use, the question of training specialists in this sphere remains open in Ukraine. Due to the possibility of using leading experience of Reputation Institute in reputation management education, Reputation Capital for the first time offers to home specialists the extensive educational program that is based on two sectors: The Certificate Program and a complex of educational events.

One of the main components of educational area is Reputation Institute‘s Reputation Management Training and Certification Program. The participants of the program become certified Reputation Management Professionals.

The specialists of Reputation Institute will pay the attention of the participants at different approaches of active corporate reputation management. Over the past years Reputation Management has moved from something that was reactive to a dynamic and interactive process involving stakeholders such as customers, employees, investors. To effectively manage the most valuable asset of a company – its reputation - there is a need for cross disciplinary knowledge.

The description of the Certification Program:

Sessions are 90 minutes long packed with practical examples of how to manage reputation;
Each session is lead by a leading expert from our global faculty chosen specifically for each session;
The participants will receive a comprehensive binder of presentations and content from each session;
The sessions are offered online so you don’t have to factor in travel costs;
The program culminates with an online exam leading to a formal Certificate in Reputation Management.

Participants who complete at least nine of the twelve sessions and pass an online examination will receive a Certificate in Reputation Management.

The participation in the Certification program is recommended to corporate communication, marketing, strategic planning, social issues and PR specialists.
