Starting from 01.01.2011 the accumulation of wagons at the ferry terminal of Illichivsk Sea Commercial Port is charged additionally: export - USD140/wagon, import and transit – freight forwarding rate already includes additional charge
Return of empty cars for dangerous goods (IMO 1 Class) in Illichivsk-Varna-Illichivsk is free of charge.
In Illichivsk-Varna-Illichivsk direction if the total freight is less than 1200 USD/car, 1200 USD/car is charged irregardless the fixed rates and additional discounts
All documents necessary for customs clearance shall be provided.
Carriage in specialized rolling equipment with more than 4 axes shall be performed under the additional agreement between the Parties with regard to car dimensions and type of cargo
For certain nomenclature of bulk cargo planned for freight in great volumes, shipload lots simultaneously submitted to the freight, taking into account market conditions and freight directions, special rates may be provided under agreement
Apart from the sea freight, the freighters shall be charged with transshipment charges (HGLG) on the ferry complex of Sea Commercial Port of Illichivsk (uncluded in terminal charges in Illichivsk)
In compliance with Sea Commercial Port of Illichivsk Rules, apart from the sea freight, the freighters shall be charged with ice dues over the period of the declared ice campaign but no less than for 15 days period. If the ice campaign is not declared, the ice dues shall be charged for the period from 1 February to 15 February.
