Дополнительные сведения:	We are seeking a bright, highly talented, and motivated lead engineer to join the team. We provide solutions and build products using cutting-edge technologies such as J2EE, Java, Swing, JSP, Servlets, JMS, Web Services and XML. Job responsibilities: Lead group of Senior and Junior Software Engineers on day-to-day basis Plan the project tasks, perform task assignment and follow-up on the schedule to keep the project on track Act as liaison between the team and project/product mgmt team Work with on-shore or on-site project manager and architect to deliver the best quality solution for customers Take complete ownership of a big project or few small to mid-size projects including architecture, high-level design and complex implementation Program/Design in Java, JMS, Web Services, JSP/Servlets Work closely with product and project managers to translate requirements to functional and design specifications Perform code reviews for junior and senior members of team Work closely with QA to review test plans and test cases Qualifications Required: BS/MS in CS or a related technical field. 6+ years of progressive software development experience 2+ years of leading the team of software developers Proficient in Java, Servlets, JMS, XML, Web Services Excellent understanding of J2EE Strong Object-oriented programming/design/analysis skills Ability to multi-task, self-initiated, sense of ownership and accountability Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in written and verbal English Practical knowledge of testing best practices and methodologies Practical knowledge of design best practices including design patterns, service oriented design etc. Ability to create design documents and functional specifications Would be a huge plus: Documentum Platform and Content Management systems development experience Compensation package: Outstanding salary Business-trips to USA Possibility of relocation to our US office on H-1B Visa
