Herewith we would like to inform you that on November 5^th the Chamber's Human Resources (HR) Committee Educational Project "HR University" was re-launched for the academic year 2010 - 2011 in conjunction with the HR department of the Kyiv National Economic University (KNEU) which is developed for future specialists in the field of personnel management.

The Chamber is pleased to have launched this innovative event two years ago and continuing this successful and innovative program for the benefit of future business leaders. This project provides an opportunity for the students to get trained in the field of personnel management, tailored to the needs of today's business, corresponding to the new economic realities, making graduates in demand within the labor market.

In order to familiarize future young professionals with the latest theories, trends and developments in personnel management, the Chamber HR Committee developed a series of lectures for third through fifth year students.

The HR professionals that participated in the project last year will continue their involvement with the HR University and deliver the lectures, containing theoretical and practical conclusions, on the topics listed in the table.
