Citizen of the European Union, Switzerland, Lichtenstein, Japan, Canada and United States of America do not require an entry visa to enter Ukraine. Citizen of all other countries require a visa to enter the Ukraine, which they need to acquire at their local embassy prior to traveling.
Our guests have the benefit of receiving our visa support letter when needed by the embassy. In order to receive our visa support letter you will need to prepay a minimum of three nights’ stay with us. The invitation, which will allow you to receive your visa, will be sent to shortly after we receive your payment. Please note that once the visa support letter has been sent to you and you decide to either change or cancel your reservation the prepayment will not be refunded and cannot be considered as payment in the future. You can either pay using your credit/debit card (VISA, MasterCard) or through a Western Union money transfer. The following information is also required in order for us to be able to send you your invitation:
- your full name
- your citizenship
- your date of birth
- your passport number
- the date your passport was issued
- the authority which issued your passport
- fax number where the letter should be sent.
