Thank you so much for your help and assistance with my recent visit to your beautiful city! I enjoyed my stay so very much, your staff, and the apartment and its location were perfect; the service was superb! I would just like to say that I have never had so much enjoyment on any trip I have made…and this enjoyment and the memories that I now carry will live forever in my heart, much of this is due to the wonderful accommodation courtesy and attention of your fine service…so from the bottom of my heart…thank you so very much for making this a trip to remember always!

I appreciate the smooth and professional manner you and your employees conducted business and fulfilled our needs. I was especially impressed at the efficiency of the Manager on duty who rapidly handled my rush visa request and answered my questions. The driver was always on time, knowledgeable, cheerful, helpful and a safe driver. The maid was always cheerful, efficient and did an excellent job keeping our apartment spotlessly clean.
I have read articles some men from English speaking countries do not feel safe in Ukraine and Russia unless in a large tour group. For me, this was not true. I enjoyed every minute and never felt threatened, intimidated or concern for my safety.

It is not easy finding suitable places to stay in a foreign city that are within one's budget yet your web site, references and prices were enticing enough. What surprised me was the exceptional service that I was given. I did not need to worry about anything. The facilities were better than most hotels I could think of and the word "home" springs to mind. When I come to Kiev again I already know where I shall be staying and that is a fact!
