“Science and technique”  publishing house

Odessa national polytechnic university “Science and technique” publishing house was founded in January, 2004.

Publishing house aim:

• educational process and scientific work full complex and information supply creation;
• assistance in preparation young scientific and teaching personnel;
• assistance in development of new technologies in publishing work and polygraphic manufacture.

For efficiency increase of the publishing house activity it has co-operated on the basis of the contract about joint activity with publishing house of joint-stock company BAHVA.

The publishing house has the polygraphic base which is focused on release of very small circulations of 50-500 copies.

For two years of activity it was published more than two hundred names of the scientific and educational literature.

The created department of translations of the scientific and educational literature from English on the Ukrainian language, and in this direction is cooperated with large publishing houses of the world such as Prentice Hall (Pearson Education), Oxford University Press, Harvard University Press, Cambridge University Press and other.

The author's manuscript necessarily passes full cycle of traditional technology of a publishing house.
