I wanted to again thank you for your assistance with my visit to Ukraine last week.
It was a long haul back to New Zealand, especially as I had come from Mariupol that day, but I got here in the end and had recovered after a few days.
Now back at work - unfortunately.
So again thanks for the excellent apartment and service. Kiev apartments facilities were just great. I would never consider any other Kiev hotel or driver services than the Sherborne in future!!!

During my recent visit to Kiev, which I enjoyed immensely, I promised your manager that I would send you an endorsement which you can use in your promotions and website if you choose to.
ENDORSEMENT (for publication if you wish)
Coming from a small English-speaking country such as New Zealand, I approached my first visit to Kiev with a degree of trepidation and apprehension. I need not have.
The staff at Sherborne Hotel looked after me exceptionally well, from the time I made my original enquiries to the time they returned me to the airport for my long flight back to New Zealand.
My reservations were handled with efficiency and professionalism. The two-bedroom apartment which I was allocated exceeded my expectations and those of my guests hugely. It was very tastefully furnished and well equipped and provided excellent living areas, more than sufficient for four adults.
I had researched the hotel and apartments on the Internet before making my reservation and unlike many other accommodation houses in Europe and elsewhere, what I saw is what I got.
I wish also to compliment the Sherborne staff for their helpfulness, from Anna our housemaid, to the office staff. I also want to thank the driver/guides, who were always punctual and a great source of knowledge about Kiev, its people and its history.
I will be returning to Kiev as there is much I did not see in the five short days I had their on my inaugural visit, and I will choose Sherborne Hotel and Apartments every time in future.
I would recommend other Western travellers to select Sherborne when considering a visit to this ancient city, whether it be for pleasure or on business travel.
If I will be again in Kiev, sure I will use your quality services.

There is a strong possibility that I will be going back to Kiev before the end of the year, so goodbye for now, and I hope to see you again.
