The structure of the state system of intellectual
property protection


The system of Intellectual Property of Ukraine includes State public administration - State Department of Intellectual Property, within the field of which includes:
  • State Enterprise «Ukrainian Institute of Industrial Property» (UkrPatent);
  • Branch of State Enterprise «Ukrainian Institute of Industrial Property» «Ukrainian Center of Innovatics and Patent Information Services» (UkrCIPIS);
  • State Enterprise «Ukrainian Agency for Copyright and Related Rights» (UACRR);
  • State Enterprise «Intelzakhyst»;
  • Institute of Intellectual Property of Odessa National Academy of Law in Kiev (IIP).
