Today TMM Company is a vertically integrated business model of the full-scope cycle of construction works.

During 16 years of its activities TMM gained profound knowledge and experience in realization of real estate projects: search and selection of the land plots, development of projects, construction works, providing the client with completed and fine finished property.

The company succeeded in development and optimization of business processes at all stages of construction and development. Thanks to clear and vertically integrated management system, the company works efficiently, controlling the whole process of construction: from production of construction materials to fine finishing works.

  Construction Works

TMM Company is one of the leading construction companies in Ukraine which possesses profound knowledge and experience in conducting the full-scope cycle of construction and assembling works as well as implementation of modern patterns of management of construction projects.

The Company covers 80-85% of its own production needs in construction capacities, subcontracting mainly at the pile foundation stage, elevator assembly, external pipelines and networks.

TMM performs development and construction works for its own projects as well as provides third parties with its own construction capacities. The company acts as the general contractor within construction agreements, performing operational planning of construction and projects designing, optimization of project, technological, qualitative and financial characteristics, construction works, selection of subcontractors and suppliers, control over conduction, supply of construction materials and technical resources, putting the construction object into operation.

As of 1 August, 2009 the total number of employees of TMM is 2096.

  Production of Concrete

In 2001 TMM Company founded LLC TMM-Budkomplekt which purpose is to supply concrete and metal constructions to all construction projects of TMM. In order to achieve this goal the Company purchased and reconstructed one of the industrial enterprises - producers of precast reinforced concrete. The enterprise was totally redesigned for the needs of monolithic wireframe house construction: the new technical lines were installed, modern equipment was purchased, and supply system of high quality materials was developed.

In order to increase the quality of production planned modernization of two production lines - production of concrete and its modifications and production of metal ware - is performed at the plant.

Today the production capacities of LLC TMM-Budkomplekt comprise over 84 thousand cubic metres per year.

The major suppliers of raw materials for concrete production are OJSC Baltsem, OJSC Kryvyi Rig Cement, LLC Fiesta, LLC Lis, LLC Koshyk.

TMM Company holds 63,7% stake in OJSC Ukrcukorteploizolyaciya located near Kyiv on land with total area of 4,37 ha. The plant produces heat-insulating materials, perlite and dry construction mixtures. Its location is also suitable for construction of additional concrete production facilities, needed for TMM activities.

  Construction of Metal Ware

Production facilities of TMM for metal processing are located in Kyiv (LLC TMM-Budkomplekt) and Kharkiv. Today the production capacities of TMM-Budkomplekt comprise 5200 tonnes of metal constructions per year. The major suppliers of steel for metal ware production are OJSC Mittal Steel Kryvyi Rig and LLC Leman-Ukraine.

Annually over 900 tonnes of metal ware are produced on the production site in Kharkiv. The processed production is used for realization of projects in Kyiv and Kharkiv. Further on it is planned to extend the supply to Zhytomyr and Yalta.

  Production of Windows and Glass Constructions

Starting from October 2004 TMM Company provides its objects with qualitative window systems and other glass constructions.

The production facility with the total area of 901 sq. m., located on the industrial territory with a total area of 8769 sq. m., has two production lines: PVC (polyvinylchloride) production - metal plastic windows and doors, and aluminium division - aluminium constructions, facades, and stained glass windows.

The company produces windows of different structural complexity, balcony doors, entrance doors, components for inside walls, stained glass windows (built in, attached, vertically and with different angles).

The production is supplied to Kyiv and Kharkiv; it is planned to start supplying products to Yalta and Zhytomyr.

  Assembly of Ventilating and Conditioning Systems

In April 2002 TMM started planning, producing and assembling of ventilating and conditioning systems. Production facilities are located in Kharkiv.

The main activities of the Company in this direction are designing of ventilating and conditioning systems (VCS systems); production of airway, shaped details and other accessories necessary for assembling of VCS systems; production of different fire retardant, valve and throttle devices; production of cornices, parapets, ebbs, storm water collectors and other products made of zinced coloured sheet steel.

In 2006 TMM Company launched the automated production line of airways and shaped details on the basis of RAS, Prinzing and Trumpf equipment.

  Engineering Centre

A constant growth in quantity and complexity of TMM projects caused the necessity of creation its own engineering centre which would optimize the respective processes in Company's activities at each stage of development, construction and post-construction utility servicing.

The Engineering Centre was founded in 2006. Currently its staff consists of 70 highly qualified employees who will implement modern technologies of project management, IT, technical resources for realization of complicated architectural tasks in optimal proportion of quality and cost in their work.

It is assumed that the Engineering centre will be able to provide a quick image of a 3D-frame dwelling house within two or three days, thus making a full visualization of the project. The activity of the engineering centre will allow avoiding complications common for development process during common designing of projects.

Among the main functions of the centre are the following: pre-project research, conceptual designing, design layout preparation, elaboration of technical and economic requirements, working documentation and budget documents, taking decisions on engineering systems and equipment, management of construction works.

TMM also plans to provide engineering services to third parties.

  Construction of power engineering industry objects

For realization of projects in power engineering industry, and also with the purpose of building of energy generating substations for providing electric power and heating for the TMM's projects the company founded CJSC "TMM-Energobud". "TMM-Energobud" is engaged in "turn key" type construction of thermal power plants, district heating plants, power-stations and cable systems with tension up to 110 kW.

"TMM-Energobud" offers complete scope of works and services in this field: from development of a project and equipment installation to the management and servicing this equipment after completion of building.

As for today the enterprise have completed construction of power substation for an Business and Shopping Center at 4, Lunacharskogo Str. in Kyiv; construction of chimney for the Heating Station №1 (HS-1), financing of which was carried out by the World Bank. Also "TMM-Energobud" has another project on the stage of completion which is being financed by the World Bank that is completion of construction and putting into commission of the Heating Plant "Poznyaky". In addition, the company has executed the complex of construction and installation works for the long-term project of reconstruction and technical retooling of the Heating Station №1 in Kyiv.

Joint-stock company "TMM-Energobud" also provides services for energy generating stations in the field of improvement of controlling system and complex automation. It also deals with supplying equipment and spare parts.

At the time works on construction of a power station for a dwelling-house on Cosmonaut Komarov Str. and 110 kW power station with thermal networks for providing of heating energy for the residential complex at 73-79 Lomonosova str and adjoining micro districts has begun.

  Interior Design and Fine Finishing Works

Interior design for the projects completed by TMM is developed by Architectural and Design Bureau created by the Company. It also provides services to individual clients on exclusive design and apartments planning.

Qualified architects, architects-designers, engineers, curators, project coordinators who work in architectural and design bureau, form a team of professionals offering the full-scope complex of services on outfitting of the apartments to clients: from project design development to obligatory supervision over the works performed.
