«FASAD» – exhibition for professionals

Contrary to political instability and crisis of hypothecary crediting in our country, the 16th all-Ukrainian exhibition of building and architecture «FASAD-autumn-2008» which took place in Dnepropetrovsk from September, 30th till October, 3rd, has gathered in one event more than 300 companies from 13 regions of Ukraine, and also the enterprise from Russia and Turkey. More than 11 thousand experts have visited the exhibition. 

For the first time this year at «FASAD» there was presented specialized exposition «Building technics». Experts had a possibility to familiarize with the best samples of building and special technics from the companies: «Zeppelin Ukraine», «Komfortstroj»,»Prom-floor» and «Ditch Witch Ukraine». «Ditch Witch Ukraine» has presented at the exhibition their chisel equipment for draw-in placement of engineering communications and other means of mechanisation of auxiliary operations. 

Artem Jakub, sales representative of company «Zeppelin-Ukraine»: 
─ The market of building technics for «Euro-2012» will only grow. It is necessary to increase the quantity of contacts in the regions, especially with small and medium clients. For this reason we participate in «FASAD». 

Professional consultation of designers, novelties in the field of lighting devices, finishing materials, furniture and stained glass arts – it was all for the visitors of exhibition on the territory of specialized exposition «Design and Interior». 
 
Leonid Vlasjuk, sales manager of Open Company «Factory» KLASSUM» : 
─ We participate in «FASAD» for the fourth time already. We represent elite kitchen furniture. I should tell that the level of exhibition organization in Dnepropetrovsk is dozen times higher, than, let’s say, in Donetsk or Kharkov, both by quantity of exhibitors, and by attendance of experts. We were pleasantly surprised by the presence of service-centre where one can copy price-lists, send a fax and get access to the Internet. 
The participants of exposition «Safety of building» have successfully shared the information on novelties in the sphere of information technology, means of individual defense and protection systems. 

Konstantin Petrovich Obelets, director of Open Company «Monada»:
 ─ My 10-year-old operational experience in the market of electrotechnical products allows to state that not a single company, which wanted to cover the entire Ukraine from Kiev, has become successful. The goods and the services should be as much as possible approached to the consumer ─ this rule works all over the world. Therefore, we are the constant participant of «FASAD». 

The innovations in the systems of ventilated facades, ventilation and air-conditioning, heat-insulation systems and many others have also been presented at the exhibition. 

The master class organized within the limits of the exhibition from eminent Russian and Dutch architects became an outstanding event. Sergey Skuratov (Moscow, Russia) has acquainted participants of the meeting with his achievements in the creation of an inhabited complex «Copper House». Vasily Popov (Amsterdam, Netherlands) has told about the experience of working out of the rehabilitation centers for animals. And, finally, the teacher of Amsterdam architectural academy Marc A Campo has shared his vision at the problems of the modern architect as the founder of communication bridges between society and architecture. In total 32 architects have taken part in the master class. Everyone has received the certificate of the participant. Benevolent conditions and rather professional dialogue with experts from Dnepropetrovsk, Kiev, Kharkov, Zaporozhye and Donetsk have pleased the lecturers so much, that they happily accepted the offer to take a memorable souvenir picture in Ukrainian national embroidery shirts – vyshivankas. 

The success of exhibition «FASAD-autumn-2008» has shown once again that it can surely solve not only tactical, but also strategic problems of exhibitors. «FASAD» ─ is the unique possibility to estimate the forces in the market adequately, to study branch tendencies as a whole, to define demand for production in the region and to find the consumer. The possibilities to sign favourable contract at the exhibition are huge, it is only necessary not to miss the chance, while the competently organized exhibition campaign is practically the keystone to the success.
