Quality assurance
Product quality is the main and strong requirement of modern consumer to a confectionery manufacturer. That’s why product control and quality assurance are the most important tasks for the AVK Company.
During many years AVK is focused on the international principles and standards, constantly controlling and monitoring product quality starting with suppliers of the row materials up to retail. Implementation and certification of quality management system and food safety are proved by international company Bureau Veritas.
Quality management system, according to international standard ISO 9001, guarantees that all AVK products are produced in controlled conditions with fulfillment internal and legislative requirements, controlling product quality on the whole production chain.
Food safety management system, according to international standard ISO 22000, guarantees that effective food hazard control system is implemented at the AVK enterprises. It permits to produce safe and quality products.
The AVK’s products, which are exporting to Republic of Moldova, are certified by state organizations. It confirms that AVK’s products respond to all the demands and standards of Moldova.
Because of the constant control of the production chain, tasty and high-quality products of AVK get national certificate easy and quick.
Making high demands to its products, TOP management of the AVK Company has decided to certify all AVK’s products in UkrSEPRO System, including those one that is not liable to certify. Certificate UkrSEPRO is a document, which certifies, that the represented products responds to all the demands and standards of normative documents in a goods and services sphere.
The AVK’s products that are exporting to Russia are controlled by state organizations such as Ministry of Health and Gossstandart for acknowledgement declared qualities or product characteristics to the established rules and standards. The AVK’s products included in “List of products, which are liable to obligatory certification” are certified in GOST R System and marked with sign of conformance PCT.
Those products which are not in the above mentioned list, are voluntary certified.
The AVK’s products, which are exporting to other countries, are controlled by state organizations such as Ministry of Health and state organization of standardization, if it is necessary according to their legislation.
Thanks to conforming to the all rules and standards of confectionery production, brand of AVK is a guaranty of high quality and sophisticated taste for the consumer.
