Yuriy Korchev has vast experience of representing clients’ interests in courts of Ukraine and the CIS countries, as well as in international arbitration establishments, particularly in the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), in the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, in the International Commercial Arbitration Court of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in the International Commercial Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation Chamber of Commerce and Industry, etc. Mr. Korchev specializes in the settlement of disputes in the sphere of international economic activity, bankruptcy of enterprises, as well as intellectual property rights’ protection. In addition, Yuriy Korchev provides judicial support to projects in the sphere of corporate law, take-over and merging, restructuring of corporate rights, as well as consultations are provided on holdings’ structuring on the territory of Ukraine and the CIS countries. Yuriy Korchev has a large experience in settlement of administrative disputes, particularly with custom and taxation authorities on issues of appeals against illegal decisions. Yuriy Korchev has an experience of managing work groups for elaboration of complex strategies of clients’ rights’ protection in corporate disputes, as well as elaboration of counteractions against raiders’ attacks.
