You are free to book any apartment you like, as long as you stay longer than three days . In order to book an apartment, you must make a payment, providing one night of your stay. ( A payment is a guarantee that you will come. Also, it is a guarantee that the apartment of your choice will be booked for you ) . Caution ! We take offers from everyone, but offers with the payment will be looked at first. Payment is included in the cost of the living. You can make the payment by sending the money on our banking account, or by using ‘'Western Union''. Best way to book apartment is to do it at least two weeks before your arrival. You can call us whenever you like, and receive any other information about apartments for rent.How to cancel booking In case you couldn't come, the payment for one night of your stay will not be returned to you. In case the date of your arrival changes, the payment will not be returned to you. You will have to make new booking, and send us new payment . ( A payment guarantees your arrival. With the payment, we hold the apartment for you, canceling all of the offers made by other clients ) . Time of arrival and departure Time of arrival – 12 : 00 Time of departure - 12 :0 0 -13:0 0 Arrival earlier than 12 : 00 is possible only if the apartment is free from the previous client. If there are no clients after 12 :0 0 , you can extend the time of your departure till 14 :0 0 . If your departure time is after 14 :0 0 , you will need to pay half the cost of the one night of living in the apartment. To leave after the departure time , the apartment must not be booked by other client. How to pay for my stay in the apartment You pay for your stay when you arrive at the apartment. We take cash only. What is included in the cost of the stay Prices on our web site are in US dollars / days of rent. The price includes number of people living in the apartment. Although, there can be no more than : · Two people in one-room apartments · Four people in two or three room apartments The price of the apartment includes : bedroom and kitchen supply, towels; electricity, hot and cold water, telephone ( only in the Kiev boundary ) . Room service comes once a week, in a time best suited to you. The price of the apartment does not include : telephone use out of the Kiev boundary. |
