Automation and Management Systems

In order to implement building automation and management systems (AMS) we stake on advanced Siemens AG solutions, in particular A&D CD ET and Building Technologies Landis & Staefa Division. Our company is a proud partner and installer of products manufactured by these departments.

Tasks solved by AMS can be categorized symbolically as follows:

  • Monitoring and record keeping of:
    • parameters of energy resources consumption (mainly it is water, heat, gas, and electrical power);
    • utility systems parameters (heating, ventilation and air conditioning, water supply, lighting, power supply, etc.);
    • parameters that determine the condition of building structures, internal and external environment in order to avoid emergency situations.
  • Management of utility systems parameters and operation modes.
  • Person- and business-oriented (intelligent) management of utility and communications systems.
