Construction of buildings and structures of a diplomatic mission, a residential complex for diplomats and an administrative building of GDFR with underground parking at 4-6, Sykorskogo blvd (4-6, Tankova st) in Shevchenkivsky district of Kyiv.

Residential and administrative complex of business class is located at the corner of Tankova st and Kuzminska st near Beresteyska metro station. Total area of the land plot – 2.7 ha.

The project includes construction of two residential buildings, administrative building of General Directorate of Foreign Representatives servicing (GDFR), administrative building of the Republic of Kazakhstan Embassy and the Republic of Kazakhstan Ambassador residence.

Residential part of the complex consists of a 2-sectioned building (8 and 13 floors) for 81 apartments and a 4-sectioned building (12-18 floors) for 212 apartments. Total area of residential buildings is 40.5 thousand sq m.

As of 1 January, 2010 construction works have not been started.

Residential Compex

Residential property of business class is under development.
The complex consists of 4 18-storeyed residential buildings with shopping and office premises, underground parking, and 38 townhouses with personal garages.

The total area of buildings is 70622 sq. m.

As of 1 January, 2010 construction works have not been started.

Business Center

5 Uborevycha St.

The business center is a 23-storeyed building with a total area of 56.8 thousand sq. m. The object is located in Svyatoshinsky district of Kyiv at the crossroads of Uborevycha st. and Palladina ave. next to the Akademmistechko metro station.

The project includes B+ class office premises with 36.7 thousand sq. m of usable area and a built-in 4-storeyed parking lot (including one underground floor) with 198 parking spaces.

The total area of the land plot is 0.42 hectares.

The chief architect of the project, Igor Shpara, is the President of the National Union of Architects of Ukraine.

At the moment the pile field for the project has been prepared and 75% of the zero cycle works have been completed.

As of 1 January, 2010 construction works have not been started.

"Pivdenny" Residential Microdistrict

Nemishayeve, Borodyanka district, Kyiv region

The project is located about 30 kilometers away from Kyiv, in Nemishaeve town, Borodyansky district of Kyiv region.

The project of micro district construction implies the construction of 32 buildings, average height - 9-storeys. According to the project concept, the infrastructure of the new residential micro district will include kindergartens, comprehensive school and a large number of commercial property objects.

The tentative number of residents is over 9 thousand people.

Area of the land plot rented for construction - 25 hectares.

Planned total area of the project - 385 thousand sq. m.

As of 1 January, 2010 construction works have not been started.

Satellite Town

Mykulichy village, Kyiv Region

The project is situated 22 kilometers away from Kyiv, near Mykulichy village in Borodyansky district of Kyiv region.

The satellite town will be located on the land plot with the total area over 420 hectares. The number of residents - about 20 thousand.

According to the project concept the area is to be built up with quarters consisting of apartment blocks and townhouses. The total area of residential real estate will constitute about 970 thousand sq.m.

A unique for Ukrainian market concept of a satellite town implies creation of a closed infrastructure which will include a school, kindergartens, a hospital, pharmacies, shops, restaurants, cafes, cinemas, shopping and entertainment centers and many other things for comfortable life, work and rest of the residents.

At present a school for 368 students is under construction in Mykulichy.
